At Indigo Springs, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care to ensure every bottle of our packaged drinking water reaches you in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.
We offer refunds or replacements only under the following conditions:

Damaged or Leaking Products: If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or broken, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly share clear photographs of the damaged items and your order details via email or WhatsApp.

Incorrect Order Received: If you receive the wrong quantity or product, we will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Product Expiry: If a product is received past its expiry date, we will initiate a full refund or send a fresh replacement.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Once verified, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original mode of payment.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if the product has been opened or consumed.

Refunds are not applicable on promotional or free items unless found defective.
